Risks
Read this before trading or launching anything on Flashpad. Trading tokens can result in the total loss of everything you put in.
Anyone can create a token
Creation is permissionless. Flashpad does not review, approve, vet or endorse any token launched through it. A token appearing on this platform means only that someone paid the gas to create it.
A token’s name, ticker, image and description are chosen by its creator. They can imitate real companies, people or projects. Verify independently.
A permanent liquidity lock is not a guarantee of value
Liquidity for these launches is locked permanently, meaning the liquidity position cannot be withdrawn by the creator, by Flashpad, or by anyone else. That is a fact about the liquidity position. It says nothing about whether a token will hold its price. A token with permanently locked liquidity can still go to approximately zero, and many will.
A creator lock is not a guarantee of behaviour
A creator can lock the tokens they bought at launch for a fixed period. While locked, those specific tokens cannot be sold. A lock does not prevent a creator from buying and selling other tokens, from acting through other wallets, from abandoning the project, or from selling the moment the lock expires.
Flashpad never describes a creator as safe, trusted or verified on the basis of a lock. The lock, its amount, its contract and its unlock time are published as objective facts for you to weigh yourself.
Creator history is history
A Creator Passport shows what a wallet has done before, taken from on-chain events. Past launches, past volume and past locks do not predict what the next launch will do.
Holder rewards are not yield
A share of trading fees on a launch can accrue to its holders in USDC. This depends entirely on trading activity, which can be zero. It is not interest, not a dividend, not a return, and not a promise. Flashpad does not publish projected or annualized figures, because none would be meaningful.
Smart contract and technical risk
These contracts are immutable once deployed. That protects you from someone changing the rules after you buy, and it also means a defect cannot be patched. Software has defects. Audits and tests reduce risk; they do not eliminate it.
Market data shown here is derived from an indexer and can lag behind the chain. Where it does, it is labelled. Prices move between the moment you see a quote and the moment your transaction is included.
Fees
Every trade on a platform market pays a trading fee, split between the protocol and the launch’s own economics. The exact amount is shown before you sign. Network gas is separate and is paid to the network, not to Flashpad.
Not advice
Nothing on Flashpad is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You are responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
